Privacy policy

When you create an account we collect the details you provide: name, email, country and, for organizations, company information such as legal name, website, industry and billing details. We use it to operate your account, issue and manage licenses and respond to you. Emails you send us are used to reply. We do not sell your information.

Standard SDK packages process biometric data only on the end user's device and do not transmit it; they contact our license server solely to validate licenses, so ZSA Solutions, the company behindArcID, does not receive biometric data through them. Optional session-evidence packages record per-session data (statistics, frames, proofs and records) to a backend, as configured for those packages.
